特殊审批政策

    湛江经济技术开发区拥有比其它一般行政区域在企业审批、项目立项、经营运作方面的特殊优惠。同时，在全国的经济技术开发区中首批获准对外商投资无船承运企业、外商投资道路运输企业、外商投资印刷企业、外商投资建设工程设计企业、外商投资建筑业企业、外商投资商业企业和外商投资国际货物运输代理企业等七项经营发证审批的许可权限。

Special Approval Policy

    Zhanjiang Economic and Technological Development zone has special preference in approving enterprises, project approval, management and operation while comparing with other districts.  At the same time, Zhanjiang Development Zone is among the first batch of state-level economic and technological development zones that were granted the power to approve the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises engaged in non-vessel operating, international forwarding agent business, road transport, construction project design, building business, commerce, and printing.

扶持政策 

    区内设有技术创新奖、出口创汇奖、招商引资奖和重点项目扶持基金、挖潜改造资金等。
